1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of the website and membership of Single Parents Club, operated by [Company name, address] ("we"). Different terms of members do not apply.
2. Who can join
Membership is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are single parents. Each person may have only one account. You must provide truthful information and keep your login details secret.
3. Conclusion of contract
The membership contract is concluded when you confirm your e-mail address after registering. The free guest membership can be ended at any time by deleting your account.
4. Paid membership
Prices and payment terms of paid memberships are shown before you order. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at the end of each month; annual memberships at the end of the term. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, which is explained in the withdrawal policy shown at the time of ordering.
5. Trips and events
Package trips are organised by our licensed partner tour operators, who act as organiser within the meaning of §§ 651a ff. BGB; their travel terms apply. For events we organise ourselves, the conditions shown when booking apply. Participation is at your own responsibility; please follow the instructions of hosts and moderators.
6. Rules of conduct
All members must follow our Community guidelines. In particular, harassment, discrimination, commercial advertising, fake profiles and sharing children's personal data are prohibited.
7. Verification, moderation and exclusion
We may verify the identity of members, review content, and warn, suspend or exclude members who breach these terms or the guidelines, taking your legitimate interests into account. Reports can be made at any time.
8. Content you publish
You are responsible for the content of your profile. You grant us a simple, revocable right to display this content within the club for the duration of your membership.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the behaviour of other members, but we act on every report.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may terminate free memberships with two weeks' notice and any membership without notice for good cause.
11. Changes to these terms
We will inform you of changes at least six weeks in advance by e-mail. If you do not object within that period, the changes are deemed accepted; we will point this out in our notice.
12. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
